You have reached the address a share link points at, but not the link itself. Chat apps and email clients often cut long links in two, and this is the part that survived.
Pasting the link straight into the address bar, rather than clicking it, usually avoids the same thing happening twice.

Everything after the # is the message: the
answers, encrypted, and the key that opens them. It is usually several
hundred characters long, which is exactly why it gets cut.
Nothing of yours is sitting on this server, and nothing
has leaked. Browsers never send the part of a web address after the
# — so the missing half never reached us, was never stored
here, and cannot be looked up or recovered on your behalf. A share link is
only ever unlocked inside the browser of the person holding the whole thing.
Form For Later is a browser extension for people filling in long online forms — a visa application, a mortgage, a benefits claim. It keeps what you have already typed so you can put it back later, instead of losing an evening’s work to a session that timed out.
Sometimes the person filling one in needs somebody else to see it: an accountant, a caseworker, a relative helping with the paperwork. Rather than emailing their answers around, they can send a link like the one you were given. It is encrypted before it leaves their browser, they choose field by field what goes in, and it stops working on a date they set. You do not need anything installed to read one.
Everything the extension saves stays on the device it was saved on. No account, and no copy of anyone’s answers on any server of ours.
